Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@pushwithus.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PUSH WITH US, Michel de Braeystraat 55, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items
Sale items may be excluded from our voluntary return policy where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers, including any legal right of withdrawal where applicable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@pushwithus.co before the withdrawal period expires.
The goods must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping is covered by us — we will provide a return shipping label.
Returned items must be sent back in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Upon a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including standard delivery costs where required by applicable law, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including personalised goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For EU consumers exercising the right of withdrawal, reimbursement will be made within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return. For all other returns, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Legal Guarantee
Products sold through our store are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable consumer protection laws. This legal guarantee exists independently of, and in addition to, any commercial warranty that may be offered.
